After extensive evaluations and considerations, we have decided to shift to a scheduled booking system for all store viewings.

Moving forward, our store will no longer be open for walk-in customers. In order to provide you with the best possible experience and to ensure that we are able to serve you efficiently, it will be necessary to schedule an appointment prior to visiting the store. (*Including pick-up, if that’s the case, and required, i.e. schedule an appointment will still be essential in this scenario)

This change is in line with our commitment to providing our customers with the best possible service and shopping experience.

We understand that this change may require an adjustment on your part, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

 

We would like to guide you through the process of scheduling a viewing appointment for our products.

To ensure that we can provide you with the best possible viewing experience, we kindly request that you follow the steps below:

  1. Visit our website and browse through our product catalog to identify the items you wish to view.
  2. Click on the following link => Schedule Viewing  * The schedule is subject to weekly updates and can only be booked on a weekly basis.
  3. Fill out the schedule form according to the available date and time, along with your contact details then click on “Confirm Booking” button. *Maximum of two booking sessions per client per day. – Where it fits, the two sessions can be scheduled one after the other. Excess bookings will be cancelled accordingly.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email shortly regarding your scheduled viewing session. (Please make sure you have received the notification email to confirm the booking).
  5. If you need to make any changes or the booking needs to be cancelled, we kindly request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance or as soon as possible to minimize inconvenience for all parties involved. This will allow us to adjust our schedules accordingly and offer the appointment slot to other interested customers.
  6. In situations where we are not able to attend the booked session, we will also inform you as soon as possible and provide alternative options to reschedule your viewing session.
  7. We value your time and understand the inconvenience that can be caused by unforeseen circumstances. We will work diligently to ensure that any changes are communicated to you in a timely and effective manner.

  • Our top priority is to maintain a safe and healthy environment for everyone at our facility. Therefore, we kindly request that if you are feeling unwell, please prioritize your health and refrain from attending any scheduled sessions by cancelling them if already booked. We appreciate your consideration for both you and others by taking the necessary steps to recover fully before resuming your activities.
  • In order to ensure that your appointment is scheduled accurately and runs smoothly, we may contact you via email to confirm any necessary details or to provide further clarification after you have booked the viewing session. If required, our representative will reach out to you to verify your appointment and provide any additional information that may be relevant. This is done to ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of the appointment details and that any potential issues are addressed in advance.
  • The administration team reserves the right to cancel any booking sessions if they are deemed inappropriate or unsuitable. Please be aware that this decision is final and will be made in the best interest of all parties involved.
  • Due to various unforeseen circumstances or scheduled engagements, there may be situations where we are unable to open the store on the scheduled dates.  In the event of such variable reasons, we want to assure you that we will notify the affected individuals as soon as possible.
  • In the event of emergency situations where it is deemed unsafe to conduct our viewing sessions, the safety and well-being of our customers and staff is our top priority.In such situations, we will publish notices on our social network channels, including our website, Instagram, and/or Facebook pages to inform everyone about the situation and any necessary updates. We advise all customers to check these channels for updates regularly, as they will be the fastest and most efficient way to receive information.  We understand that such situations may cause inconvenience and disappointment, but we hope you can appreciate that safety is our first priority. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters, and we thank you for your continued support.
